together we have succeeded in becoming progressively, actively dumber  

people all across the globe

spewing things they think they know

spewing things they think are worth

all the riches of the earth

people judging everywhere

one another with no care

or no thought for what is right

no, they’d rather start a fight

bicker, bicker, little fools

and ignore the very rules

that should guide the things we say

and show love in every way

if with me you disagree

listen to my little plea

ask me why i said my words

before you cast me to the birds
