The sun starts to sink like a stone in the sea
I think I am sinking while drinking with glee
Deeper and steeper I slide into night
Where shadows play music and dance with delight
I greet the green gremlin who taxes the trolls
I give him my hand and we go for a stroll
We walk through a forest of florescent ferns
And arrive at a ball where the fairies take turns
They bow and they curtsy with elegant grace
The couples each shine like a speckle in space
The swirling and twirling of joyful romance
The night starts to glow with their delicate dance
